Improving the Seller Experience
We are improving our solutions to optimize the sales experience. It’s crucial to keep your sellers up to date on new products and enable them to find product information faster, so they can better serve their customers. Zilliant is releasing several new features within Zilliant CPQ to improve sales workflows and deliver faster, more accurate quotes.
- Zilliant AI CPQ Assistant (Beta) - We’ve embedded generative AI directly into the CPQ workflow allowing sales users to use natural language search to receive targeted recommendations, product comparisons, and technical support assistance. Sellers can make more informed decisions with AI-driven product summaries while increasing efficiency with reduced search times.
- Improved product matching - Zilliant incorporated advanced product search capabilities in Zilliant CPQ, so users can input specific characteristics and receive more tailored product recommendations for improved usability. Discover more relevant products more quickly with characteristic-based search and Open API support.
- Dimensions information for improved quote accuracy - Streamline operations and improve data accuracy now that Zilliant CPQ captures essential dimensions and unit data directly into the Product Detail screen synchronized from your ERP system. Sellers can ensure accuracy of freight charge calculations during the quote creation process with newly captured dimensions such as gross weight, net weight, weight unit, volume, volume unit, and size dimensions.
- Excel template download options - Download subsets of data from Zilliant CPQ into Excel templates to improve efficiency and performance when working with large amounts of data.
Connecting the Pricing Lifecycle
Zilliant is working on connecting the pricing lifecycle to eliminate silos and put pricing at the heart of your business. As part of that effort, we’re making it easier to use our solutions together for a smoother, more seamless experience.
- Revenue Intelligence in CPQ - Zilliant Integrated our best-in-class Revenue Intelligence capabilities directly into Zilliant CPQ and the Commerce experience. Sales teams can take advantage of smart sales actions and product recommendations to increase deal size or sell excess inventory. These targeted insights help Sales reps increase efficiency and improve relationships with their accounts. Customers can also take advantage of Revenue Intelligence-powered product recommendations through self-service channels, so they can easily find what they need and learn about new product offerings for a better, more personalized experience.
